We aim to always have spaces available for all children including the last minute emergency places required by parents. The number of coaches we have in each day is driven by the number of children booked in. With this in mind and so we can ensure we have the correct coach to child ratio, 7 days notice would be preferable.
Please note a full refund will be issued if your place is cancelled 1 week before the start date of your booking. If your place is cancelled within 1 week before the start of your booking no refund will be made.
COVID – if your child’s place is cancelled as a result of a positive covid result 50% of your booking fee will be transferred to another booking on our next available holiday club. Please note a copy of the result may be required.
