Parents/Carers can book a space at our club by completing a registration form online. All parents/carers must fill out all sections of the application form. 

N.B. Please check the prices at the time of booking as we have had to increase our costs due to rising operational expenses.

Prices

9:00am – 3:00pm full week – £75 (£15 a day)

9:00am – 3:00pm individual day – £17

8:00am – 9:00am Early start booking – £2

3:00pm – 5:00pm Late booking – £4.

A breakfast, hot meal or Hot Dog packed lunch is available at an additional cost on request.

Any increase in fees will be communicated both on the website and by email. Payment of fees can be made by cheque, by bank transfer or cash on the first day of your booking (please place the correct money in an envelope with your child’s name and date of booking.

Child's details

Medication: If your child requires medication during their session, please complete a Medication Consent Form at drop-off. Please ensure any required medication is clearly labelled with your child’s name and is handed directly to a member of staff.

Permissions
Do you give permission for your child to be photographed and shared on social media so you can see the fun and activities of each club?
In the unlikely event of an accident, I give permission for my child to receive emergency medical treatment.
I will be responsible for dropping off and picking up my child on time.
I give permission for my child to attend the holiday club independently and to leave the premises independently at the end of their booked session.
Please ensure you provide a packed lunch, snacks and plenty of drinks for the day. Your child may also bring a maximum of £1 to spend at the Tuck Shop but please highlight any dietary or allergy requirements at morning registration.

Additional Booking Options
Please complete the following if you wish to book extended hours. Please note due to popular demand we now offer a breakfast option for an additional £1 a day for cereal or jam and toast.

If you would like to order food, please select from the options below. Breakfast is £2:00 per day and lunches are £3.50 a day.

  • Breakfast is cereal or toast and jam with orange or apple juice.
  • Lunches include the main meal of the day with desert, jacket potato with cheese and/or beans with dessert.
  • Hot Dog packed lunch includes crisps, fruit, and a dessert.
  • Dessert includes cheese and crackers or cake of the day.
